Development

Infineum strives to help all colleagues develop to their fullest potential, regardless of role, location and level. We take a broad approach to development that considers both your abilities and interests, and Infineum's needs.  The starting point is a discussion with your line manager, which may result in your completing a Personal Development Plan. Future options for development might include on-the-job activities, an expatriate assignment, working with a mentor, or attending a training program. 

 

Leadership Development

Exceptional leaders are key to colleague development. Our strong preference is to cultivate and promote from within. We are focused on ensuring that potential leaders demonstrate attributes and behaviours that support our culture. Infineum uses a 360-degree feedback process to support our leadership model.
