Salima Shariff

VP of HR

An accomplished senior HR leader, Salima brings more than 25 years’ experience, and a deep knowledge of engagement, performance improvement and talent acquisition to Infineum.  As well as a strong drive to further develop the diversity, equity and inclusion agenda at Infineum.

Salima previously worked at Anglo American for 15 years in various HR roles including Head of HR Marketing Business, Head of Talent Acquisition and Head of HR Service Delivery. Prior to this Salima worked at BP for 10 years in a variety of HR roles.

Salima has a BSc. in Chemistry from Imperial College and a MA in Human Resource Management from Middlesex Business School and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.

Salima is married with two children.
