Our Bayway colleagues recently dedicated their time to support their local community in New Jersey by volunteering at the Community Food Bank of New Jersey.

This charity organisation is dedicated to ending hunger by distributing food to more than 800 partners, including food pantries, soup kitchens, and feeding programmes for seniors and children.

Our dedicated volunteers assisted in sorting food donations to prepare them for distribution. Joe DeNicholas, Technical Manager, shared his thoughts on the experience: “Volunteering at the food bank as a team-building activity was a rewarding experience for our team. There’s a unique joy that comes from working together for a cause greater than ourselves. We felt a definite sense of fulfillment as we sorted donations and packed boxes for delivery to those in need. This shared experience has been a powerful reminder that together, we can make a tangible difference in the lives of others.”
