Infineum’s Linden Business and Technology Centre has achieved a ten year record of no recordable injuries of any colleague or contractor, made possible by the strong dedication to our safety culture.

With safety as Infineum’s number one priority, a comprehensive safety approach is adopted at all our sites to safeguard health and well-being of everyone on site. Besides ensuring that hazards and risks are systematically managed, an emphasis on safety is integrated into our everyday operations, with colleagues and contractors actively encouraged to adopt a safety mindset and challenge unsafe behaviour.

Alex Proctor, Site Manager at our Linden site, says “Our industry’s national injury rate is 0.8 per 100 workers annually. Achieving no recordable injuries for 10 years is impressive and requires everyone’s daily effort to stay safe.”

He adds, “I am proud to work alongside colleagues who are committed to keeping themselves and each other safe at work.”
