Our Vado Ligure site has obtained the prestigious UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification on gender equality. This significant achievement affirms Infineum’s efforts to provide an inclusive and equitable work environment for our colleagues.

As part of the nationwide Italian Gender Equality Certification System, the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification is based on criteria defined by the Italian Standards Body (UNI). To obtain the certification, key performance indicators relating to workplace culture, governance, human resources processes, opportunity, pay equity and parental protection must be met.

Our Vado Ligure site had successfully passed the evaluation of our policies and procedures in the relevant areas, with the awarded certification valid for three years.
