Our colleagues in Korea have shown their generosity and environmental awareness by recycling their clothes to help others.
They have donated gently used children and adult clothing, shoes, and bags to OTCAN, a charity that provides clothing to children and adults in need around the world.
The name OTCAN combines the Korean word for clothes, ‘OT’, and the English word ‘CAN’, to express the idea that you ‘Can do good things with clothes’. The charity distributes donated clothes to children and adult beneficiaries in 26 countries, including Korea.
Our colleagues collected 14 boxes of clothes, weighing 120kgs, and shipped them to OTCAN.
Don Hur, Representative Director who participated in the donation, said, “We are happy to support children and adults in different countries and also contribute to our sustainable future by recycling clothes and sharing with the community.”
