Chris在润滑油添加剂行业拥有30年的从业经验，自2014年以来一直是润英联全球执行委员会的成员。在成为主管供应的全球执行副总裁之前，Chris曾担任多个领导职位，如首席战略官、营销和技术执行副总裁、润滑油和燃料添加剂部门的业务经理，并领导润英联在中国开展重大投资计划。
Chris在其职业生涯早期，曾担任主管欧洲和亚太地区的润滑油技术经理，并担任过多种科学和技术服务职务。
Chris拥有英国约克大学的化学学士学位和博士学位。
